okay...so i'm back...and it's still the same day... three classes later, with two slices of pizza and a pepsi swimming around in my stomach have brought me to this point right now. well...i tutored my second student this morning. it went pretty well. my third student had to cancel since he remembered that he has class...hmm... anyways... school's going pretty well. classes seem pretty easy so far. i think the only thing i'll be stressed over is all the homework. so far i've been keeping myself ahead in my classes. i love my history class. david is so cool. we had an i.d.e.a.s. orientation today at noon. it went well. before, michelle gave me a prize for accumulating the most participation points--i got a wallet. she said i had 32... i think i had more than that. anyways...we had dominoes pizza and sodas. i usually try to refrain from drinking soda, however, today i was tempted to have a pepsi. damn me!!!! anyways, if i'm a little wired today, then that's the reason. of course it can't be as bad as last night during photography when i ate a snickers bar and after looking in the refrigerator, found and ate a packet of sugar. jill and i were trying to come up with good birthday gifts. she suggested a hampster, which i thought i would kill on accident. i think a bowling ball came up as did stealing gnomes out of people's yards and placing them in the front yard. i guess this one guy in the class was cracking up when i walked into class with my krispy kreme hat and spongebob shirt on eating a corn dog. at least that's what jill says. we both agreed that i'll have to do that each class time to mess with him. anyways...about david... as i was on my way to class--is class...emily and i were walking with him and emily mentioned that she had her foot ran over by a shopping cart. david said that that was a good analogy to the grass being walked upon. then, he suggested that we start our own club--the grass patrol. he would be our advisor and we would have people from the club patrolling the grass to make sure no one walked on it. i said that we could wear those orange vests. we thought this was a good idea. plus, we'd post signs that said no walking or rolling on the grass. hehehe:) he had a bunch of handouts for us in class today, we covered more about history, then...we watched part of a video he brought in about wild wheels--a video on cars that people have decorated and made into art. that class is just great!!! anyways... i am here in the learning center right now trying to log into my hotmail account, which has been giving me problems lately. damn hotmail!!! anyways... i guess i'd better get some more reading and homework done. i will try to post more often if i get the chance...or what i guess i mean is if i don't forget. man...think i'm gonna try to download some more songs on my f-drive. i only have 14 as of right now...and...let me know what you think of my hampster gift.
